Leeds United: Fans go crazy after Ezgjan Alioski’s volley versus Huddersfield Town

Leeds United fans were going crazy after Ezgjan Alioski’s volley in the 2-0 win over Yorkshire rivals Huddersfield Town.
After the Terriers failed to clear a corner, the North Macedonia international thundered in a volley from outside of the box to open the scoring (via Leeds Utd).
The goal was Alioski’s third of the season, from the centre of midfield, in 17 Championship appearances this campaign (via Transfermarkt).
The player was embroiled in controversy following the goal as he was called out for an apparent ‘Nazi salute’. He denied the allegation, claiming it was done to recognise the team manager’s moustache (via The Independent).
Following his sensational goal, manager Marcelo Bielsa claimed the strike helped his side ‘develop’ their play more (via BBC).
Fans were going ballistic following the strike from Alioski as they took to Twitter to react. One supporter included a gif of Alioski that read ‘All Leeds aren’t we’, while others simply shared their delight with the strike…
