Plenty of the Leeds United faithful were left in awe of Stuart Dallas’ latest performance for the club and took to Twitter to leave their highly positive remarks about the versatile man.
The Northern Ireland international played a crucial role in helping the Whites to a 1-0 victory over Reading at Elland Road on Saturday afternoon and keeping the Yorkshire-based outfit’s automatic promotion hopes to the Premier League very much alive.
The 28-year-old was the most involved player on the pitch for Leeds, according to the stats recorded by WhoScored, as he managed to have 115 touches of the ball, made 63 successful passes out of the 78 he attempted (once again, the most), whilst making three total tackles, two interceptions and blocked one shot whilst donning his defensive duties in his left-back role.
After LUFCDATA shared the figures on their Twitter account, a number of the club’s faithful had jumped on to the post to share superlatives surrounding Dallas’ performances this season, with many stating that he had been one of their best players throughout the current campaign.
Indeed, it would be hard to argue against that notion as the versatile footballer has been able to produce some very consistent and solid numbers throughout the year. As per WhoScored, the 28-year-old has achieved an average of 2.1 tackles, 0.9 interceptions, 0.9 clearances and a pass success rate of 78.6% when playing around 47.9 passes every 90 minutes.
Here are just some of their reactions…
