Leeds United: Fans had sarcastic reactions to Marcelo Bielsa’s decision to replace Helder Costa with Barry Douglas

Leeds United were beaten 2-1 by Millwall on Saturday afternoon at The Den as they dropped points in the Championship once again.
Looks like Barry Douglas is coming on for Costa for the second half.

The Whites were reduced to ten-men when Gaetano Berardi was shown a red card inside the first 15 minutes – a decision that appeared to be rather controversial (Yorkshire Evening Post).
Jed Wallace scored the resulting penalty before Tom Bradshaw doubled their lead, although Ezgjan Alioski did manage to pull one back for the visitors in the second half, however it was not enough for Marcelo Bielsa’s side (Sky Sports).
The sending off was not the only decision that was considered questionable by onlookers, as many of the club’s faithful took to Twitter to discuss their views on the Argentine’s decision to bring on Barry Douglas for Helder Costa for the second half.
Many of the supporters could not understand the thinking behind it as the Whites were already 2-0 down at that point and were in need to improve on the attack, whilst others left sarcastic replies stating that the substitution would be one that would help them get something from the game.
Here are just some of their reactions to the change…
