Many Leeds United fans have joined in a debate with TEAMTalk editor and Leeds United fan James Marshment on the club’s best goal of the season.

Argentine tactician Marcelo Bielsa has guided his side to the top of the Championship table as things stand, bouncing back from last season’s play-off disappointment.

Favourites to gain an automatic promotion to the Premier League this season, the Whites have relied heavily on consistently good form from a number of their players, including the likes of Kalvin Phillips, Luke Ayling and Mateusz Klich.

Such good performances see Leeds sit one point ahead of second placed West Bromwich Albion, and with football currently at a standstill due to the pandemic, fans will undoubtedly be eagerly anticipating the end of the 2019/2020 league season.

Good form and impressive results has seen a number of top quality goals scored by Leeds this term, and Marshment’s latest tweet via Twitter sees the editor list his top three.

Klich’s excellent curling effort aginst Middlesbrough from November last year is at number three, whilst Luke Ayling’s thunderous volley against Huddersfield in March sits at number two.

At number one, Marshment opted to select a goal from youngster Tyler Roberts, who fired home at the end of a superb team move against Hull City in February.
