Leeds United fans have been lauding Ezgjan Alioski after the player visited underprivileged children in hospital.

As part of the Christmas holidays, the North Macedonia international was pictured in Leeds Children’s hospital.

He tweeted out the occasion as he posted four pictures of himself alongside some of the patients.

Alioski spoke about his visit as he praised the staff who work there, claiming it was a ‘special visit’ (via LUFC).

His charitable endeavours follow on from some of the first-team squad visiting the Mission Christmas distribution centre earlier this week.

Alioski has been a crucial player for the Yorkshire side this season, featuring in 18 of the club’s 21 Championship fixtures.

He’s scored two goals in his last three games for the Elland Road outfit, including a stunning volley from outside the penalty box in the derby win over Huddersfield Town.

Fans were full of praise for the 27-year-old after his post about visiting the hospital as they took to Twitter to react.
