Lots of Leeds United fans have been reacting to a sensational assist from Pablo Hernandez, after @LeedsEverywhere posted footage of Stuart Dallas’ goal at Stoke City earlier in the season.
Taking the ball from close to the halfway line, Hernandez hit a perfectly-timed pass into the box, allowing Dallas to race through, and lash home a shot past helpless Potters’ goalkeeper Jack Butland. The 29-year-old’s effort broke the deadlock, and goals from Ezgian Alioski and Patrick Bamford put the game beyond Nathan Jones’ men, with the final scoreline finishing 3-0.
Having returned to Elland Road from Stars League side Al Arabi on a free transfer in January 2017, the Spaniard has scored 6 goals and provided 6 assists in the Championship under Marcelo Bielsa in this campaign, averaging 2.3 shots per game, making 2.3 key passes, and successfully completing at least 1.1 dribbles on average (WhoScored).
Despite his age, the 35-year-old has clearly shown no signs of slowing down, and his eye-catching contribution at the bet365 Stadium has certainly left its mark with the faithful.
A whole number of Leeds supporters replied to the fan page’s tweet, with one complimenting the “perfect weight” of the pass, and another adding the team move was totally “unreal.”

Just can’t thinking about the vision and weighting of that pass from Hernandez

They should do a pass of the season. Pablo would get my vote – perfect weight of pass and awareness of dallas's run.

Forgotten how good that goal really was. The movement and one touch passes. Unreal
