Leeds United: Fans missing Pablo Hernandez after Sheffield Wednesday draw

Leeds United failed to score against Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday, and were forced to settle for a 0-0 draw at Hillsborough (via BBC Sport).
Are Leeds destined for another season in the Championship?
Yes

No

It wasn’t the best Yorkshire derby, and afterwards, several Leeds fans were suggesting that they are missing the experienced Pablo Hernandez in their midfield.
The Spaniard has missed the Whites’ last six Championship matches due to injury, and they have managed to win just two of those matches without the former Swansea City man (via Transfermarkt).
Hernandez is undoubtedly one of Leeds’ best players, he offers creativity and a goal threat from midfield. Indeed, last season he scored 12 goals and provided 12 assists (Transfermarkt) making him crucial to the way that Marcelo Bielsa’s side play.
Without him they have struggled to score goals, in their last six matches, they have netted just five times (Transfermarkt).
Helder Costa, the player who has replaced Hernandez in their midfield in his absence has failed to really make an impact, and hasn’t provided a single goal or assist in the last six matches (Transfermarkt).
With the Whites firing a blank at Hillsborough on Saturday, several fans were suggesting on Twitter that the team is really missing Hernandez at the moment…

It’s worrying how poor Leeds play without Hernandez. #LUFC

We desperately need Hernandez back no creativity in midfield. We need a new LB, Douglas is always injured and Alioski is awful. We dont seem to have any urgency in our attack anymore. #lufc
