Leeds United: Fans over the moon after last-gasp winner versus Luton Town

Leeds United fans were over the moon after an own goal secured three points for Marcelo Bielsa’s side in their game against Luton Town.
The Whites took the lead in the 51st minute after Patrick Bamford slotted home a through-ball into the bottom corner. They were pegged back just three minutes later after James Collins struck a powerful header past ‘keeper Kiko Casilla (via BBC).
However, a last-gasp own goal from Matt Pearson put into the back of his own net when Bamford had got a touch after a cross from Mateusz Klich.
There was a touch of controversy about the winner with the Hatters claiming a foul on Izzy Brown in the build-up, something Bielsa dismissed in his post-match interview.
The victory extended the Yorkshire side’s unbeaten run in the league to six games as they kept the heat on West Bromwich Albion in the chase for promotion.
Fans were left feeling very excited after the late winner as they took to Twitter to react. Here is a selection of tweets from the Elland Road faithful:

Not a classic, but 3 points is 3 points, no matter how we get em. We leapfrog Preston into 2nd.
Well done Patrick Bamford. Love that kit too. #lufc— Praying to the Aliens (@HelenWh77714086) November 23, 2019
