Leeds United fans were full of praise for Lucas Radebe after he took to Twitter to share photos from the club’s centenary celebrations.
Eddie Nketiah or Patrick Bamford?

The South African defender is a legend at Elland Road and further boosted his cult status with the club’s faithful when he revealed he turned down the opportunity to play for Manchester United because he “wouldn’t wear red” (Supersport via Express).
Indeed, the former Kaizer Chief centre-back joined Leeds back in 1994 and managed to amass 232 appearances for the Whites over an 11-year stay in Yorkshire, in which he only managed to find the back of the net twice (per TransferMarkt).
Radebe was just one of a number of ex-players and current members of the squad to have been invited to partake in the club’s festivities as they celebrated 100 years, and he subsequently took to Twitter to share a few photos from the event.
Many of the club’s faithful took to the social media site to share their praise for their legend, with plenty of them sharing fond memories they had of the 50-year-old.
Here are just some of their reactions…
