Leeds United fans were left reacting to the news on Twitter that Pablo Hernandez would be turning out for the club’s developmental side on Friday.
Is Marcelo Bielsa capable of taking Leeds United up?

The Whites, themselves, have a crucial Championship encounter against Birmingham City at Elland Road, in a game that many appear to want the Spaniard to be a part of.
Of course, it is not difficult to understand why as the attacker has managed to score 29 goals and provide a further 32 assists in his 130 appearances to date for the club (TransferMarkt), having added a further eight outings to his total for his season (with two goals and two assists as well).
Recent speculation has linked Hernandez with potentially being offered a new deal in the near future (per Football Insider).
The veteran Spaniard has been out on the sidelines with a muscular problem, but it appears he is on the verge of making a return to Marcelo Bielsa’s first-team, although he had to get through the developmental side’s match against Birmingham on Friday.
Despite it being a normal process for the Argentine to make his players play for the Under-23s once returning from injury, fans were not particularly impressed with the decision on Twitter.
Here are just some of their reactions…
If only Pablo was U23!

Why on earth would you risk Pablo getting injured in a meaningless game, a day before a big match. The mind boggles. Are we seriously trying to throw this chance of promotion this season?

Pablo not starting tomorrow then, sub most likely
