Some Leeds United fans appear to feel as though they have started to understand why Marcelo Bielsa has decided against using Eddie Nketiah.
Not to blame Nketiah, but pretty much every game he plays, even in a 15 minute cameo… we lose control of the game when Bamford goes off. I wanted him to start over Bamford before his injury, but you can see that Nketiah probably doesn’t fit our style of play as well. #LUFC

Having witnessed their side collapse devastatingly from a 3-0 lead to leave Elland Road with a point from their game against Cardiff City on Saturday afternoon (BBC), a number of supporters had taken to Twitter to share their views on what had happened.
One supporter had claimed that Arsenal loanee, Nketiah, was perhaps a problem when he came on as it would appear as though he does not fit in the system that the Argentine manager wants to adopt – whether it be for the 10 or 15-minute cameos he seems to get (per WhoScored).
Whilst that fan did stress that he did not want to blame the young forward, many of them could not help but feel the England Under-21 international did deserve some of the criticism being flung his way, with many believing his introduction into games can disrupt them at times.
One supporter even suggested that Bielsa’s point of continuing to overlook Nketiah may actually have started to be justified.
Here are just some of their reactions…
Bamford shores up our defence as well as our attack, Eddie does not put in anywhere near that kind of shift! Paddy brings more to the game than goals. Poor goals to give away…

He was at fault for the 3rd goal as well, didn’t chase down the defender until the crowed pressured him

Nketiah.. is good for a goal, anything else he’s not there yet.. can’t hold up a ball or anything.
