Leeds United: Fans want Erling Haaland after performance against Schalke

Many Leeds United fans have reacted to Borussia Dortmund striker Erling Haaland’s display against Schalke on Saturday afternoon.
With football having been a standstill since the start of March, fans from across the world watched on as the Bundesliga made a return to action at the weekend.
With games being played behind closed doors, German football began with a Saturday afternoon full of games, including a mouth-watering tie between Dortmund and Schalke.
The home side knew that a win would put pressure on league leaders Bayern Munich, and a superb performance did just that with Haaland getting on the scoresheet in the process.
On the half-hour mark, the Norwegian striker found the back of the net, before goals from Raphael Guerreiro (2) and Thorgan Hazard secured a 4-0 win.
Haaland, who is the son of former Leeds man Alf-Inge Haaland and was born in the city, has had an impressive start to his life with Dortmund, netting 13 goals in 12 appearances.
Reacting to the striker’s recent tweet, many Leeds fans swarmed his Twitter account and urged him to return to the city of his birth and play for the Whites…
