Leeds United fans in the Transfer Tavern still haven’t quite gotten over the disappointment of missing out on the play-offs but they’re keen to kick-on next season.
Garry Monk’s side have improved dramatically this term and the signs are good for the future, as Monk should hand the Peacocks the stability they have been lacking at Elland Road in recent years- which is crucial to their hopes of returning to the Premier League.
Major changes are expected across the board at the Yorkshire side this summer though and one exit has already been confirmed, with young defender Jack Vann announcing on social media that he’s left the club.
After an amazing 11 years @LUFC it’s time for a new chapter. A huge thanks to all coaches and staff past and present. Onwards and upwards

Leeds hoped for great things for the 18-year-old after he represented the U21 side aged just 16 but he’s failed to make a senior appearance for the club and leaves on a free transfer, with the Peacocks electing not to extend his contract.
Vann had been at Leeds for 11 years, signing a professional deal with the club last summer, but didn’t do enough to persuade Monk’s side to extend his deal and our landlord is excited to hear about Vann’s next career move, as he’s still tipping him to excel.
Did Leeds make the wrong decision in allowing Vann to leave? Let us know in the comments below!
