The Leeds United fans here in the Transfer Tavern are looking ahead to the summer. Indeed, it was another entirely forgettable campaign for the Whites propping up our bar and the focus is now on next season. Though they’ve heard it before, it’s time to try and look for the positives.
However, when speaking about a club like Leeds, it’s never certain just what will happen. Their recent history is littered with managerial changes and a piece written by Phil Hay in the Yorkshire Evening Post has barely come as much of a surprise.
He claims manager Paul Heckingbottom faces an uncertain future at the club after a mixed time of things under his stewardship as he heads off for his summer holiday. Not an overly popular figure amongst the support, the former Barnsley boss is certainly a divisive individual in the dugout.
Still head coach and abroad for a summer holiday – so what does the future hold for Paul Heckingbottom at Leeds United?https://t.co/yFyNXPjKfM

With that in mind, here’s a look at the reaction on Twitter.
Will be gutted if he is still Manager.

There's a bit of smoke and mirrors in this article Phil….. But I like it. Ranieri would be a fantastic statement #lufc
