Our Leeds fans here in the Transfer Tavern are looking forward to next season already as they hope it will finally yield promotion from the Championship.
It’s been a tough but fairly positive season for the Whites this time out and though they finished outside of the play-offs they should be fairly happy with how things have gone.
Indeed, there can be no doubt that the men from Elland Road will be one of the favourites for promotion next season though that could largely depend on Garry Monk staying at the club.
Contract talks are apparently on the way, too – as reported by Phil Hay on Twitter – whilst a buyout from Andrea Radrizzani looks on the cards – as per the manager himself.
Reaction to this, then, was inevitable and so here is what was said:

@PhilHayYEP His words on the future seem more upbeat than over the last few weeks.

@PhilHayYEP It worries me when that word “imminent” keeps popping up. Do LUFC know what imminent actually means..

@PhilHayYEP Hope cellino stays and if radra is he better be stumping up some money for transfers we don’t need 5 loan players a year
