Leeds United fans in the Transfer Tavern will be desperate for their club to bring in new players during the summer and offloading what they deem deadwood to make the funds available for them to do so.
The Whites have been poor this season and are desperate to return to the Premier League, however, locals believe they will need to bring in a number of players in the summer, whilst letting a large number depart.
Eunan O’Kane has been one of those that the Elland Road locals have wanted away from their team after a number of poor performances, however, should they sell him, they will not receive all the money from the deal it has been revealed. Phil Hay, who is a reputable journalist for the Yorkshire Evening Post, has told on his Twitter account that the Republic of Ireland international’s former club, AFC Bournemouth, included a clause.
was told at the time when he signed that Bournemouth hold a large sell-on clause with O'Kane. 50% (a makeweight for the fact he was free).

It is believed the Cherries allowed the midfielder to join the Whites on a free transfer with the proviso that they would receive 50% of a sell-on fee, should they deem him surplus to requirements.
Leeds fans in the Tavern would have been hoping they could get a nice fee for the 27-year-old, however, they will now be concerned that they could get next-to-nothing for him with news of the sell-on clause. Some locals will just be happy to see him leave, regardless of how much they get for the Ireland international.
Leeds fans, does the 50% sell-on clause concern you, or would you just be happy to see O’Kane leave? Let us know below!
