Middlesbrough fans here in the Tavern are feeling slightly worried ahead of today’s game against Aston Villa, as anything less than a win will be seen as a disaster.
Tony Pulis has worked wonders at the Riverside since he took over back in December of last year, as his Middlesbrough side are now gearing up for the Championship play-offs. And, the 60-year-old provided some positive news prior to kick-off at the Riverside, as according to pre-match team news on Middlesbrough’s official website, Boro have no fresh injury concerns.
Middlesbrough will welcome Aston Villa to the Riverside later on today in the Championship play-offs, with many of our local residents feeling extremely confident about their chances of making it to the final.
And, supporters received some positive news ahead of the all-important fixture, as Boro have no fresh injury concerns.
“Someone said ‘have you got any injuries?”
“You could have got a bus out there and knocked a few of them over, and they’d have bounced back up to be ready to play.”

“I’m not hiding anything. That’s my team and that’s the way we’ll go out and play.”
Supporters will be delighted that there’re no fresh injury concerns as their side head into today’s match, as Boro will need to be at their best against a tough Villa side.
