Middlesbrough are yet to lose a game so far this season as they continue to push towards promotion to the Premier League under Tony Pulis.
Boro will have forgotten who Adama Traore is after the start they’ve made to their Championship campaign as they find themselves in a promising position to really kick on. Although, a couple of changes wouldn’t go amiss in what is the beginning of a very busy schedule.
Tony Pulis’ side will welcome West Bromwich Albion to the Riverside in their next Championship fixture. The Baggies are one of the favourites to earn promotion to the Premier League and will put up a real fight away from home at the Riverside Stadium.
Interestingly, one man who is yet to start a game for the Championship club so far this season is summer signing Paddy McNair, who signed from League One side Sunderland.
Indeed, Tony Pulis has a rather settled midfield line that involves Adam Clayton and Jonny Howson, but McNair does pose more of an attacking threat and will give the side more of an edge.
The central midfielder established himself as one of Sunderland’s standout performers last season and has since secured a move to the Riverside Stadium. So, he will be desperate to showcase his talents against a relegated Premier League side having watched on in frustration from the substitutes’ bench so far this season.
