Moore must start Leko and Harper today

West Bromwich Albion will fancy themselves in the race for automatic promotion to the Premier League this season, with an impressive run in the FA Cup being a bonus.

The Baggies have been impressive in recent times in the Championship, but they still haven’t managed to ensure consistency as they’ve only won one of their last four league fixtures.

Indeed, West Bromwich Albion face a difficult test later on today in the fourth round of the FA Cup as they’ll travel to the Amex Stadium to face Brighton and Hove Albion. The Seagulls have been rather strong in front of home support in the Premier League this season, so the Baggies will have to be at their best to get a result.

Of course, supporters will still be disappointed after witnessing Harvey Barnes’ departure, but these TWO West Brom talents can lighten the damage by becoming heroes at the Amex today…

JONATHAN LEKO

The 19-year-old is one of the Baggies’ most promising youth products at this moment in time, operating at the pinnacle of the attack, with three goals to his name this season, including one in the Carabao Cup.

He managed to impress in the last round of the FA Cup against Wigan Athletic by displaying his incredible first touch, which was combined with an outrageous spin away from his man.

Indeed, has hasn’t quite been able to master the final ball and doesn’t always keep his composure in front of goal, so he will be desperate to leave his mark on proceedings today.

REKEEM HARPER

Rekeem Harper is another youngster who has a very bright future ahead of him. The Englishman has made seven first-team appearances for the Baggies this season at just 18 years of age, so he is definitely one to watch out for.

Indeed, the midfielder was a joy to watch against the Latics in the last round of the FA Cup as his strength and power was too much for the opposition to handle, along with his burst of pace and passing ability.

Moore should look to reward him with another start later on today after his last performance, with the opportunity to establish himself as a hero against a Premier League side by helping send the Baggies into the next round.
