Nottingham Forest could be set to take part in the game of the weekend at Ashton Gate as they face Bristol City in the Sky Bet Championship.
Both sides have had very good seasons so far with the pair looking more than capable of challenging for the play-off places this year.
Forest, of course, have a game in hand on many around them and could use that to get even further up the league but, at the moment, they remain a firm top-six placed side and look good to stay there.
Whilst we wait for kick-off in that one, then, Paul Taylor has been looking at the career of the talented Lewis McGugan, with it seemingly coming to a bit of an impasse in recent times.
A player of immaculate ability, Reds fans have also been looking to discuss him on Twitter, so let’s take a look at the best of what has been said:

Leaving Forest was probably the worst decision he made. What do you think, Paul?

It was his attitude and work ethic that was the problem

That free kick against Ipswich. Power, technique, intent. The guy was a one man highlight reel at one point.
The move away from Forest really seemed to unsettle him.

Had it all, could have played at the highest level if it wasn’t for his attitude, such a shame

Modern day travesty

Genuinely felt he could’ve gone onto play for England with the right guidance. Had ability in abundance!
