Queens Park Rangers have taken a step in the right direction in recent times as things are finally coming together under Steve McClaren, despite defeat last time out.
The Hoops made a horror start to proceedings as early-season relegation was a worry for supporters, but things have changed since then as they now find themselves floating around mid-table.
However, Queens Park Rangers will travel to the Liberty Stadium to face Swansea City in their next Championship encounter. The Swans have been a mixed bag this season but always seem to be spurred on in front of home support, so it won’t be easy for Steve McClaren’s side today.
Indeed, the London club can be a real handful on their day and if one of their star players turns up then it could be curtains for the opposition.
With that in mind, Queens Park Rangers will smash Swansea City if this man shows up today…
Nakhi Wells, who is valued at £4.05 million (by Transfermarkt), is still waiting for his first goal in the Championship since joining on loan from Premier League side Burnley during the summer transfer window.
Indeed, the forward was one of the most prolific attacking players in the Football League during his time at Huddersfield Town and Bradford City, so the Hoops will be hoping he can replicate some of that form this season.
Swansea City have been vulnerable in defence at times this season, so if Wells can get the burners on and finds his feet later on today then the Swans could be on the receiving end of a smashing.
