Sheffield Wednesday: Fans react as Wales manager monitors progress of Morgan Fox

Wales manager Ryan Giggs is tracking the progress of Sheffield Wednesday left-back Morgan Fox, that is according to a report from the Sheffield Star.

The 26-year-old has been one of the Owls’ standout players of late, starting their last four Championship matches in a row and helping them to two clean sheets (via Transfermarkt).

As a result of his recent form he was named as Sheffield Wednesday’s Player of the Month for October (swfc.co.uk), and it seems that it has also led to him attracting the attention of the Wales manager.

According to the report, Liverpool’s Neco Williams and Tom Bradshaw at Millwall are also thought to be on Giggs’ radar (Sheffield Star).

Fox has made seven appearances for the Wales under-21 side during his career (Transfermarkt), but he has never played for the senior team despite being called up by Chris Coleman back in 2015 (Sheffield Star).

Sheffield Wednesday fans have been reacting to the news that Fox is being monitored by Wales, with most agreeing that a call-up would be thoroughly deserved if it did happen…
