Dom Howson has tweeted about Sheffield Wednesday’s win over Brighton in the first leg of the 2016 Championship play-off semi-finals.
Owls fans are reliving the scenes at Hillsborough after Wednesday fired two past the Seagulls without reply to mark their victory on the first leg of the tie.
Ross Wallace sent his side ahead after a strike from 25-yards out in the first half, with Kieran Lee putting the game to bed to give Sheffield Wednesday a two-goal cushion ahead of the reverse fixture (via BBC Sport).

The second leg saw the Owls secure a 3-1 win overall, after drawing 1-1 at the AMEX. Unfortunately for Wednesday, Hull pipped them to the final promotion spot after nudging the result in their favour through a 1-0 victoryย at Wembley (via BBC Sport).

The atmosphere was immense that night , up there with the LC semi final in 1991 when everyone realised we were going to Wembley
