It proved to be quite a frustrating weekend for the Stoke City fans in the Transfer Tavern, who watched their side throw a two-goal lead against champions Leicester City away.
That’s been the story of their season, with the Potters struggling to wholly convince across an extended run of fixtures at all since the campaign began.
So, reports emanating out of Spain linking one of their players with a move away have left our resident Potters scratching their heads somewhat.
While Bojan may have been usurped as the club’s most exciting player by the likes of Xherdan Shaqiri and company, though there’s little doubt the Spaniard remains a huge talent.
But, according to Super Deporte, La Liga giants Valencia may offer the former Barcelona man a route back to Spain.
Los Che are believed to have identified the 26-year-old as a man to improve their ailing strike force, with the La Masia graudate able to play as either a central striker or a No.10.
The Stoke City fans realise that while Bojan isn’t regularly handed a starting berth, he could be a key player in the long season ahead.
