Stoke City readying £5m bid for exceptionally gifted Arsenal and AC Milan target

West Bromwich Albion v Stoke City - Barclays Premier League

The Stoke City fans who are gathered around the jukebox in The Transfer Tavern this evening are discussing reports linking the club with a move for a talented youngster.

According to Bleacher Report, the Potters are weighing up a £5 million bid for Ramadan Sobhi.

The winger has had a fine season for current club Al Ahly and this has urged Stoke to make their move to bring the player dubbed as the best young player in Africa to the Premier League for next season.

The winger has scored four goals and assisted on nine occasions in 28 matches for his side this season.

Sobhi has been linked with moves to AC Milan, Arsenal and Roma in the past and it looks as though Mark Hughes want to steal a march on their rivals and pip them to sign the talented 18 year old.

The youngster is known for his terrific pace and can play anywhere across the front line if required.

The Stoke fans in The Tavern know little about Sobhi but after reading reports on the player feel he would be a great acquisition for the club to make for next season.

Where do Stoke need to improve most this summer?
