Bojan Krkic’s future at Stoke City still continues to remain in doubt despite the transfer window in England having slammed shut last week.
The Spaniard appeared to have been frozen out at the bet365 Stadium under Gary Rowett this season, however, Nathan Jones is understood to be keen to keep him at the club as they look to turn things around in the Championship.
But, according to a report by Calciomercato, a potential move continues to ‘woo’ the 28-year-old.
The former Barcelona and Roma forward is thought to like the prospect of heading to the MLS and joining New England Revolution.
The American outfit will not be in a rush to conclude a deal with the English side either, as their transfer window does not close until May 1.
However, it is understood that Bojan has wage demands of double to what he is earning currently at Stoke.
With the American transfer window not set to close until the beginning of May, it could be a long and testing time for Stoke.
Jones is understood to want to keep Bojan at The Potters, but a move to the United States of America appears to be something of interest to the Spaniard.
Should New England decide to offer the player the chance to double his wages, then it could be extremely difficult for Stoke to keep hold of him.
