The youngster made the move to the Liberty Stadium from League One side Sunderland during the summer transfer window, but he hasn’t been able to live up to expectations during his time in Wales.
Indeed, Joel Asoro established himself as one of the hottest prospects in English football last season, which earned him the move away from the Stadium of Light.
However, he has been poor under Graham Potter and has now had to settle for a place on the substitutes’ bench.
Tom Carroll would have been identified as one of the leaders in the squad by Graham Potter prior to the start of the current campaign, but the Englishman hasn’t quite settled down to life in the Championship just yet.
And, it’s safe to say that he was one of the worst performers on the field against Bristol City a few games back, constantly losing the ball and unable to link play.
