Many Swansea City fans have expressed their love for central midfielder Jay Fulton in response to a tweet from the club’s official account.
The Swansea Twitter account asked fans “how good has this man [Jay Fulton] been in the middle of the park?”, to which many fans gave a glowing reference.
The Swans are currently in a rich vein of form and have been one of the surprise packages of the Championship season so far. The Telegraph club-by-club guide predicted Swansea to be ‘mid-table’ this season, however, after five wins from their first six games the Welsh side will be hoping they can do a bit better than that.
They currently sit top of the league after beating Leeds at Elland Road last Saturday, with 34-year-old Wayne Routledge scoring the winner in the 90th minute.
The 25-year-old midfielder has played every game for the club this season and has an average rating of 6.9/10 from WhoScored.
Here are what some Swansea fans are saying about the former Scotland youth player…
