The club’s official Twitter channel @SwansOfficial posted a video clip of a near miss from Kristoffer Peterson from the match at the Liberty Stadium, along with a caption stating that “there was plenty of encouragement” from the performance of the 24-year-old.

The clip shows the Swedish winger taking possession on the left flank and exploiting a gap between two opponents to maraud into the penalty area, with his shot sailing narrowly wide of the far post with the Swans 0-2 down. [via @SwansOfficial]

The match on Tuesday was Peterson’s first start in the Championship for Steve Cooper’s side and his first involvement in the league since early August, having since been limited to just three Carabao Cup appearances. [via TransferMarkt]
