West Bromwich Albion: Fans go wild over Matheus Pereira footage

Plenty of West Brom fans have been lapping up footage of on-loan winger Matheus Pereira showing off his skills at home.
The 24-year-old posted a video to his Twitter account @MatheusPereira which shows him drop-kicking a ball from the edge of his garden, with the ball changing direction upon bouncing off the grass and ending up perched inside a miniature goal net situated slightly front and left of the Baggies player, with the video captioned “Real or fake?”

The Brazilian forward, on loan at the club from Sporting Lisbon, has excelled this season with six goals and 16 assists, proving to be by far Albion’s most creative influence in the 2019/20 campaign. Also, his WhoScored average match rating of 7.34 for the season is the highest of anyone in Slaven Bilic’s current squad.
Judging by the in-game performances of “magician” Pereira, these West Brom supporters on Twitter weren’t greatly surprised by his at-home video footage, with one fan exclaiming “Are you God” and another stating that “Ronaldo can only dream” of pulling off such skills.
Do you think West Brom will sign Matheus Pereira permanently this summer?
