Among those pictured at the training ground in midweek was Kamil Grosicki, who looked a picture of contentment as he smiled and gave a thumbs-up in a photo posted to his Instagram profile @kamilgrosicki10.

The 31-year-old has had something of a false start to his career at The Hawthorns after joining from Hull for £800,000 on January’s transfer deadline day. The Poland international had scored eight goals for the Tigers earlier in the season but he is still awaiting his first start for West Brom, having come on as a substitute in seven successive Championship games before the season was halted in March.
Grosicki has been forced to play second fiddle to another January arrival in Callum Robinson, who joined on loan from Sheffield United and has been Slaven Bilic’s first choice left winger since then, scoring twice and providing one assist in eight games (as per TransferMarkt).
Who should start on the left wing for West Brom if the season resumes?
It would be understandable if the Polish winger felt frustrated at not being able to break into the starting line-up for Albion so far but the lengthy break to the season could give lesser-seen players such as him a clean slate to try and force their way into Bilic’s first XI whenever (or if) the campaign resumes.
Grosicki’s form for Hull earlier in the season showed that he can be effective when given opportunities, while he has vast international experience with 73 caps for a Poland team who have qualified for most major tournaments in recent years. Also, with Robinson due to return to Bramall Lane once the season ends, the 31-year-old’s chance could come before long, and his Instagram post showing him in an upbeat mood at training should offer encouragement to Baggies fans that he looks happy and ready to make his mark.
