West Bromwich Albion: Fans against idea of giving Hal Robson-Kanu new contract

West Bromwich Albion fans are against the idea of giving Hal Robson-Kanu a new deal after reports emerged that he looks set to extend his contract.
According to The Telegraph, the West Brom attacker is set to sign a new 12-month contract at the club.
The 44-cap Wales international has featured in just five of the 11 Championship games this season, scoring no goals and assisting none in the process. He did, however, feature for the under-23s against Newcastle United, scoring both goals in a 2-1 win (via Transfermarkt).
As well as the Welshman, Nathan Ferguson is also in talks with the club over a new five-year deal.
The youngster has featured in 10 of the 11 games so far this season as the Baggies have reached the top of the Championship table.
It seems the fans are vehemently against the idea of giving Robson-Kanu a new deal at the Hawthorns as they took to Twitter to react.
Here is a selection of tweets from the Baggies faithful:

Not at all, he’s had good moments but we need a better, younger striker as an option

Only if it’s to stop him leaving on a free next year and get a fee for him ,shouldn’t be anywhere near the team 🙄
