# Chelsea: Fans take aim at Kepa Arrizabalaga after he holds press conference

**Chelsea fans decided to take a dig at Kepa Arrizabalaga on Twitter whilst he was on press conference duties ahead of their upcoming match with Valencia.**

The Blues kick off their Champions League campaign with the home encounter against the La Liga outfit on Tuesday night.

The shot-stopper was interviewed ahead of the game shortly after Frank Lampard, and many of the Chelsea faithful decided to take a shot at the Spanish ‘keeper and call for him to improve his game when the two sides meet.

Although there were plenty of ‘the manager has arrived’ remarks (following his [infamous bust-up with Maurizio Sarri](https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2019/02/24/kepa-arrizabalaga-defies-maurizio-sarri-orders-chelsea-lose/) in the League Cup final last season) on the [Twitter thread](https://twitter.com/ChelseaFC/status/1173573388209676288), many of the supporters took to Twitter and decided to criticise his performances as of late.

Arrizabalaga (or Chelsea, in general), have conceded the [second-most goals in the Premier League](https://www.premierleague.com/stats/top/clubs/goals_conceded) so far this season (with just Norwich City holding a poorer record than the Blues) – a statistic that will surely need to be improved upon as the campaign drives forward.

Here are just some of their reactions to the 24-year-old…
