Punters in the Transfer Tavern have always jokingly viewed the MLS as the place where all good careers go to die, but both Chelsea and Manchester United fans are in agreement that even the standard of league stateside isn’t *that* bad following [reports from Sky Sports](https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11668/10251987/radamel-falcao-admits-mls-interest-as-chelsea-loan-nears-an-end).

Flop forward Radmael Falcao, who has scored a paltry five goals during his near enough two years in the Premier League,[has expressed his interest](https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11668/10251987/radamel-falcao-admits-mls-interest-as-chelsea-loan-nears-an-end) in a move to America upon the expiration of his loan deal at Stamford Bridge.

Once one of the most feared marksmen in world football, the Colombian has started just two games all season as the Blues season crumbled into ashes.

Contracted to AS Monaco, this summer is likely to be a pivotal moment in the 30-year old’s career as he weighs up his options.

He has been[linked](https://www.espnfc.co.uk/story/2776148/falcao-eyes-recovery-amid-columbus-crew-and-america-links) with a move to Columbus Crew in the past after his previously sky high stock plummeted due to his form in England.

‘Some other Colombian players are playing in Major League Soccer and obviously the big stars like Andrea Pirlo, Kaka and Giovani dos Santos’, [revealed](https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11668/10251987/radamel-falcao-admits-mls-interest-as-chelsea-loan-nears-an-end) the former Porto forward.

‘I think MLS could be bigger than now because they have everything they need to become an even stronger league and become even more competitive.’
