# Chelsea monitoring 6’2″ Bundesliga striker who is a “guaranteed goal scorer”

[Chelsea](https://www.footballtransfertavern.com/chelsea-fc-transfer-rumours/) are already turning their attention to the summer transfer window following a disastrous fortnight in Europe and the Premier League.

The Blues were humiliated by Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League round of 16, losing 5-2 in the first leg before a [3-0 defeat at Stamford Bridge](https://chelseanews.com/blog/chelsea-player-ratings-vs-psg-three-players-get-3-10-and-three-others-get-4/) saw them exit 8-2 on aggregate.

Their misery was compounded with a Premier League loss to Newcastle over the weekend, leaving Liam Rosenior with plenty to fix ahead of next season.

## **Chelsea Monitoring Fisnik Asllani**

Chelsea are reported to be tracking Hoffenheim striker Fisnik Asllani, who has emerged as one of the Bundesliga’s most exciting talents this season.

The 23-year-old has gone from a fringe player to a domestic standout, netting nine top-flight goals and showcasing his ability to lead the line with physicality (he’s 6’2″) and precision.

[According to BILD](https://www.bild.de/sport/fussball/phrasenmaeher-darum-spielt-fisnik-asllani-nicht-fuer-deutschland-69b8978efc05063917a4dcce), both Chelsea and Tottenham are weighing up moves for Asllani, while Bayern Munich have also expressed interest. His playing style — a combination of pressing, finishing, and presence in the final third — makes him an ideal fit for the Premier League.

Former Union Berlin youth coach André Hofschneider has [hailed Asllani as a “guaranteed goal scorer”](https://www.bundesliga.com/en/bundesliga/news/who-is-fisnik-asllani-hoffenheim-forward-turned-down-bayern-munich-kosovo-32955) who “always makes things look so easy,” highlighting why multiple clubs are keen to secure his signature.

With Chelsea set to rebuild under Rosenior, Asllani represents a potential game-changing addition up front. While interest is mounting across Europe, the Blues appear determined to move quickly to bring in a proven goal threat who can transform their attacking options next season.
