# Crystal Palace: Fans love Eberechi Eze update

**Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze took to [Twitter](https://twitter.com/EbereEze10/status/1445490125006245903) on Tuesday evening to provide an update on his comeback from an [Achilles](https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11706/12310681/eberechi-eze-crystal-palace-player-potentially-out-injured-until-new-year-with-achilles-injury) injury.**

And, as to be expected, a number of Eagles supporters have been quick to react to the footage on social media.

The 23-year-old suffered a [freak](https://www.independent.co.uk/sport/football/eberechi-eze-injury-news-crystal-palace-b1850047.html) injury in training towards the end of the previous campaign, which, at first, some thought would keep him out until the [New Year](https://talksport.com/football/883225/crystal-palace-eberechi-eze-achilles-injury-2022/).

However, he appears to be making good progress, with [reports](https://www.standard.co.uk/sport/football/crystal-palace-michael-olise-debut-eberechi-ez-injury-b951188.html) in August believing the attacking midfielder was way ahead of schedule in regards to his rehabilitation.

Eze [posted](https://twitter.com/EbereEze10/status/1445490125006245903) a nine-second video on Twitter on Tuesday of himself taking part in a short but sharp running drill which ended with a bit of ball work.
