# Crystal Palace: Fans react to further Dyche links

**Many Crystal Palace fans have been reacting to a further update linking Burnley boss Sean Dyche with a move to Selhurst Park.**

The [Daily Mail](https://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/football/article-9419945/Burnley-turn-Chris-Wilder-Sean-Dyche-decides-leave-Turf-Moor-summer.html) reported Palace’s interest in Dyche on Monday evening, revealing Chris Wilder is a contender to replace the 49-year-old, should he leave Turf Moor.

And now, according to an exclusive report from [90min](https://www.90min.com/posts/sean-dyche-lead-candidate-crystal-palace-manager) on Tuesday afternoon, the Burnley boss is now the leading candidate to take over from Roy Hodgson, should the latter leave the Eagles this summer.

[90min](https://www.90min.com/posts/sean-dyche-lead-candidate-crystal-palace-manager) claim that discussions between chairman Steve Parish, sporting director Dougie Freedman and Hodgson are ongoing.

Hodgson’s [contract in the capital expires at the end of June](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/roy-hodgson/profil/trainer/1775) and the 73-year-old has publicly admitted in recent months that his Palace remains [‘undecided’](https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11706/12208551/roy-hodgson-crystal-palace-boss-undecided-over-his-future).

It seems as if Dyche is the leading contender to come in ahead of the 2021/22 season if Hodgson leaves the club, which, again, has had plenty of Palace supporters talking.
