# Crystal Palace: Fans react to Tom Davies links

**Crystal Palace are keeping tabs on Everton midfielder Tom Davies, according to [Football Insider](https://www.footballinsider247.com/sources-crystal-palace-set-sights-on-everton-star-after-davies-talks-update/).**

And a number of Eagles fans have been reacting to the recent Selhurst Park rumour on social media.

A Palace source informed [Football Insider](https://www.footballinsider247.com/sources-crystal-palace-set-sights-on-everton-star-after-davies-talks-update/) on Monday that Davies is on the Eagles’ radar going into the New Year, with his future at Goodison Park up in the air.

The [£25,000-a-week](https://www.spotrac.com/epl/everton-fc/tom-davies-22778/#:~:text=Current%20Contract,cap%20hit%20of%20%C2%A31%2C300%2C000.) midfielder is out of contract in Merseyside in [2023](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/tom-davies/profil/spieler/314210), and there has been no progress made regarding a new deal.

Davies is [yet](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/tom-davies/leistungsdaten/spieler/314210) to start a Premier League game under Rafa Benitez, and Palace look set to be in the market for a new midfielder after Conor Gallagher returns to Chelsea from his season-long loan at Selhurst Park.
