According to Turkish outlet [Sabah Spor](https://www.sabah.com.tr/spor/futbol/2021/04/15/son-dakika-galatasaray-sol-bek-operasyonu-saracchi-ve-emre-tasdemirin-yerine-2-isim-geliyor?paging=3), relayed by [Sports Witness](https://sportwitness.co.uk/crystal-palace-mans-exit-reached-final-stage-targeted-part-radical-changes-planned-manager/), the Dutch defender is the ‘first name’ on Galatasaray’s transfer wishlist.

The 30-year-old, who is [out of contract at Selhurst Park over the coming months](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/patrick-van-aanholt/profil/spieler/52119), has been offered a [three-year deal worth €1.75m-a-year](https://sportwitness.co.uk/crystal-palace-mans-exit-reached-final-stage-targeted-part-radical-changes-planned-manager/).

It seems as if van Aanholt is edging closer to a move to the Super Lig, with a potential pre-contract agreement reaching [‘the final stage’](https://sportwitness.co.uk/crystal-palace-mans-exit-reached-final-stage-targeted-part-radical-changes-planned-manager/).

Van Aanholt has been at Palace since [2017](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/patrick-van-aanholt/leistungsdaten/spieler/52119) and has made [132](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/patrick-van-aanholt/leistungsdaten/spieler/52119) appearances for the Eagles, scoring [14](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/patrick-van-aanholt/leistungsdaten/spieler/52119) times along the way.

He’s turned out on [20](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/patrick-van-aanholt/leistungsdaten/spieler/52119) occasions during the current campaign but it appears as if his days in London are now numbered.
