Crystal Palace are preparing for another season in the Premier League, and one thing that always excites fans apart from transfers whilst they wait for the new season to start is the club launching the new kits.
However for the South London side, the launch might not have gone as expected as many supporters seem to not be happy with the new strips the club will wear next season.
The club recently posted a tweet saying, ‘South London & Proud. Introducing our kit for the 20/21 season’ and supported the tweet with a picture of captain Luka Milivojević, Joel Ward and Christian Benteke in the three different kits.
The huge difference this year is instead of the normal vertical stripes on the home shirt that start from the shoulder, the club have decided to start them at the chest instead and have the shoulders completely blue.
Meanwhile the away and third kit have done similar but instead of blue as the main colour they have black on one and white on the other.
Here is what fans said following the tweet:
South London & Proud.
🥁 Introducing our kit for the 20/21 season. #CPFC
