Crystal Palace: Fans react as the club are linked with Brandon Kavanagh
Many Crystal Palace fans are reacting to the news that the South London side are interested in Irishman Brandon Kavanagh.
According to Independent.ie, and tweeted out by @cpfc_xtra, Palace are taking a look at the midfielder, who currently plays for Shamrock Rovers. The Eagles are clearly quite keen to acquire him as they have given the 20-year-old the opportunity to do some training with the club.
Looking at his contributions for the Irish club this season, the 20 year-old clearly looks to be a promising youngster who can make the jump into a league with more quality. He has played 16 times in the division this season, scoring nine goals and picking up one assist (Transfermarkt).
It would be a very interesting signing, the player is obviously unproven but with the Eagles having quite an old squad, it is not surprising to see these type of transfer rumours come to light.
