# Derby County: Fans react to Colin Kazim-Richards’ display vs Wycombe

**Derby County picked up a very crucial point in their 1-1 draw against fellow relegation-battlers Wycombe Wanderers on Saturday. The goal for the Rams came from Duane Holmes, but many of the fan base are instead directing their praise to the performance from Colin Kazim-Richards.**

In the match, the attacker picked up a 7.5 rating ([SofaScore](https://www.sofascore.com/wycombe-wanderers-derby-county/Csmb)), as he grabbed an assist, made three key passes, won five of his nine ground duels and six out of seven aerial duels.

It looks like without him, the Rams would have struggled to pick up the point they needed. The [34 year-old](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/colin-kazim-richards/profil/spieler/36802) is showing that he still has a lot of quality in the latter stages of his career. Clearly the fans agree with what the statistics show too, with one supporter calling him ‘outstanding’.

The result means that as things stand Derby stay bottom of the Championship. However, they are still only a couple of wins away from safety ([SofaScore](https://www.sofascore.com/tournament/football/england/championship/18)), and Wayne Rooney picking up his first point as caretaker manager will hopefully take a bit of the pressure off.
