# Everton: Fans rage over Dominic Calvert-Lewin transfer update

**Some Everton fans have been left to rage as a transfer update emerged on Dominic Calvert-Lewin.**

As per the [Daily Telegraph](https://www.telegraph.co.uk/football/2021/06/22/transfer-notebook-wolves-west-ham-keen-move-burnleys-james-tarkowski/?utm_content=football&utm_medium=Social&utm_campaign=Echobox&utm_source=Twitter#Echobox=1624351901), Arsenal are interested in signing the England international striker as they are looking to strengthen their attack, so long as they can sell a few players first.

Calvert-Lewin has come off the back of an immense personal season at Goodison Park, scoring no fewer than 21 goals and making a further four assists in 39 games in total over all competitions ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/dominic-calvert-lewin/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/306024/plus/0?saison=2020&verein=&liga=&wettbewerb=&pos=&trainer_id=)).

Thus, it would be very difficult for the Merseyside club to replace the 24-year-old in the summer window, and it would be especially damning selling him to one of their rivals in the Premier League.

Nonetheless, it is not a surprise at all to see some Toffees supporters very unhappy over the rumours of a potential exit.
