# Euro elite eyeing potentially huge £50m move for key Spurs star

**The Spurs fans here in the Transfer Tavern have almost fallen off their bar stools this afternoon in reading [The Mirror’s](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/tottenhams-dele-alli-50million-summer-9419772) report that Dele Alli is a [£50 million](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/tottenhams-dele-alli-50million-summer-9419772) transfer target for PSG.**

Indeed, even our punters who do not support the club have been a little taken aback by this [story](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/tottenhams-dele-alli-50million-summer-9419772) with the French champions [evidently keen](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/tottenhams-dele-alli-50million-summer-9419772) on making Spurs a [big offer](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/tottenhams-dele-alli-50million-summer-9419772).

Alli shot to prominence last season with his performances for the men from White Hart Lane as they came so close to winning the title.

His displays alongside the likes of Harry Kane were sublime at times and it made little sense that he had only been with MK Dons the year before – such was his immediate adaptation.

This season he has not been as dynamite as yet thanks to fitness issues but he is undoubtedly going to be a top player.

Certainly, then, he’s one Spurs will want to keep for the long-term future but PSG are [thought](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/tottenhams-dele-alli-50million-summer-9419772) to really want him whilst Real Madrid also have an [interest](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/tottenhams-dele-alli-50million-summer-9419772).

Tense times for our Spurs fans, then, though our landlord can’t see him leaving for a few seasons at least.
