![Ibrahimovic](https://cdn.footballtransfertavern.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/4593257-500x358.jpg)Arsenal fans in the Transfer Tavern were hungover this morning, as they drunk well into the night yesterday to relieve their woes after a shock defeat to West Brom, but their spirits have been lifted today.

34-year-old Ibrahimovic wants one final swansong in his career and [contact has been made between Arsenal and the player, with Arsene Wenger keen on completing a deal for the Swedish legend.](https://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/football/transfer-news/zlatan-ibrahimovic-targets-arsenal-transfer-6873388?)

Ibrahimovic, formerly of Inter Milan and Barcelona, sees his contract with PSG expire next summer- and he’s free to discuss a pre-contractual agreement in January before moving to England at the end of the season.

Arsenal would have the financial capability to put-forward a lucrative deal for Ibrahimovic, who would arrive on a Bosman, and our fans are confident the Swede will inspire their team into great achievements.
