# Everton: Fans dread the prospect of four derbies in five weeks

**Everton fans have [reacted](https://twitter.com/mattjfootball/status/1201582893551669248?s=12) in shock as they could potentially face their hated neighbours four times in the next five weeks.**

The Toffees do not have a pretty [record](https://www.skysports.com/football/news/11671/11651076/evertons-miserable-merseyside-derby-record-in-numbers) against the Reds in the Premier League era. Against their cross-city rivals, they have beaten them just once during the current decade, which was a [2-0](https://news.bbc.co.uk/sport2/hi/football/eng_prem/9085638.stm) win over Roy Hodgson’s Liverpool.

The Blues have failed to win any of the last [19](https://www.11v11.com/teams/everton/tab/opposingTeams/opposition/Liverpool/) Merseyside derbies in all competitions, [17](https://www.11v11.com/teams/everton/tab/opposingTeams/opposition/Liverpool/) of these have been in the Premier League — their worst ever run in this fixture.

First up is a Premier League tie against the Reds at Anfield tonight. They will then face them in the third round of the FA Cup and could potentially play two legs of a Carabao Cup semi-final versus Jurgen Klopp’s side if both get through their respective quarter-final games.

Supporters were in disbelief about the potential calendar in the next five weeks and made their feelings clear on social media.
