# Everton: Fans laud Ivan Perisic transfer link

**Many Everton fans have been left lauding a transfer link to Ivan Perisic as [Football Insider](https://www.footballinsider247.com/exclusive-everton-in-deadline-day-swoop-for-ivan-perisic/) have reported that they are plotting a swoop on Deadline Day.**

As per the news outlet, the Goodison Park faithful have turned their attentions to the former UEFA Champions League winner as they look for a possible replacement for Bernard, who has been strongly [linked](https://www.footballinsider247.com/exclusive-everton-in-deadline-day-swoop-for-ivan-perisic/) with a move away from the Merseyside club before the deadline.

At 31 years of age, he has plenty of experience playing at the highest level for both club and country, with a total of no fewer than 581 combined senior games played, scoring 152 goals and making a further 123 assists in all competitions ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/ivan-perisic/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/42460)).

If Carlo Ancelotti can pull this one off, the Croatia international could well turn out to be one of the best signings made on Deadline Day.
