# Everton: Fans love that West Brom are in talks for Cenk Tosun

**Lots of Everton fans are loving a transfer update from [Ekrem Konur](https://twitter.com/Ekremkonur/status/1344941168774311936) which suggests that West Brom are reportedly in talks to sign Cenk Tosun.**

As per the football journalist, the Turkey international is said to be warming to the offer from Sam Allardyce’s team in a move that may suit all parties involved.

The 29-year-old has seen his game-time very limited so far for the Goodison Park faithful in the 2020/21 term, as he has played in just six matches in all competitions, picking up a mere 45 minutes of football in total ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/cenk-tosun/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/45671/plus/0?saison=2020&verein=&liga=&wettbewerb=&pos=&trainer_id=)).

He has not exactly been prolific for the Merseyside club ever since he joined them from Besiktas a few years ago, scoring just 10 goals in 57 appearances over all competitions across the last four consecutive seasons ([Transfermarkt](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/cenk-tosun/leistungsdatendetails/spieler/45671/plus/0?saison=&verein=29&liga=&wettbewerb=&pos=&trainer_id=)).
