The 19-year-old made his senior debut back in 2017 in the Europa League but hasn’t been able to keep a spot in the first team matchday squads. His [first match in action](https://www.transfermarkt.co.uk/anthony-gordon/leistungsdaten/spieler/503733) with the senior side this season was against West Ham, in which he contributed to a 1-1 draw (via [BBC Sport](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/51073188)).

Plenty of Blues fans on Twitter loved his optimism as he captioned his photo ‘More moments like these’. One supporter has commented to say that ‘an entire fanbase is behind you’.
