# Everton: Fans react to latest Moise Kean to PSG development

**Talks between Everton and Paris Saint-Germain over striker Moise Kean are ‘stalling’ amid the managerial uncertainty at Goodison Park.**

That’s according to transfer journalist [Fabrizio Romano](https://twitter.com/FabrizioRomano/status/1401918435685277708).

Carlo Ancelotti departed the club last week to return to Real Madrid, leaving Everton without a boss on the eve of the summer transfer window.

A new boss may conceivably try to persuade Kean to remain on Merseyside rather than returning to the French capital, where he spent the 2020/21 season on loan.

### No surprise that PSG would like Kean back

Kean finished the campaign as PSG’s second-highest scorer with 16 goals in 35 appearances, netting every 134 minutes on average (via [BBC Sport](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/teams/paris-st-germain/top-scorers)).

Only Kylian Mbappe (31) scored more for Mauricio Pochettino’s side, who finished second in Ligue 1 behind Lille.

PSG are said to be in talks with Everton over another loan move rather than a permanent deal for the striker.

The Toffees paid an initial £21.5million to sign Kean in 2019, and he still has three years left on his contract (via [BBC Sport](https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/49214067)).

Fan feed [The Toffee Blues](https://twitter.com/EvertonNewsFeed/status/1401934033572016135) relayed Romano’s update, and here’s how supporters reacted.
